Capital Recruiting collects and uses the necessary personal information that allows us to conduct our business, including but not limited to the following purposes:

• To support our hiring and employment/subcontractor process

• To collect and process payment

Capital Recruiting does not collect your personal information without your consent. When any such personal information is collected, we identify the purpose of the collection so that you are fully informed of why Capital Recruiting needs the information and how such information will be used.
When you provide Capital Recruiting with consent, you agree to Capital Recruiting collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information as described in this Privacy

Your personal information is stored on servers, in Canada and internationally through service providers who do not have authorization to access your personal information. Such service providers are bound by the terms of the Capital Recruiting privacy policies to protect your personal information.

If you have given Capital Recruiting consent, either through expressed or implied consent, you have the right to choose to unsubscribe from future email communications. By clicking the unsubscribe in the communication, you will no longer receive email communications from Capital Recruiting.

You may, at any time, request that the personal information Capital Recruiting has collected is accurate and you may make any updates as necessary. You may submit your request anytime to info@capitalrecruiting.ca. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 14 days.

Capital Recruiting may not be able to complete your request where disclosure is unauthorized by law, or where it would result in the disclosure of personal information of others.

Capital Recruiting expects that any individuals who have provided their personal information also provides updates when necessary.
